PTA Car Boot Sale
9am-1pm, Marlwood School Car Park

Our car boot sales are on the last Sunday of each month, between February and October. It is free for buyers, Cars - £5, Vans, Trailers - £10. Sellers set up 8.30-11.30am, buyers are welcome between 9am and 1pm. All proceeds go to Marlwood School.

Art Classes at Old Down
10am-12noon, Old Down Country Park, Foxholes Lane, Tockington BS32 4PG

Old Down Country Park is delighted to offer a series of Art Classes to be held over the Autumn. A ten week course commencing September 29th with weekly Wednesday sessions at 10am for 2 hours is open to all grades and types of artist - expert or beginner.

Additionally there are two full day courses one in October and one in November concentrating on different aspects of Art.

Craft Butcher – sausage making/bacon curing demonstration - booking required

Come and meet craft butcher Mike Perry - watch him make some of his award winning sausages - a chance to do some shopping at the same time. Maximum 10 people. Tel: 01454 413486 to book a place.

This event is part of the 'Taste' Local Food & Drink Festival. Unless mentioned, all events are FREE – just turn up. Bookings are only necessary where stated for individual events. Bookings are taken separately by each producer, so please contact them directly in order to book your place.

South Gloucestershire Council is responsible for organising the Festival but does not take responsibility for actual visits or sampling of produce.

Remember, in some cases you will be visiting working farms and walking on rough and muddy ground. Please take care on all visits and wear appropriate footwear and clothing. All information is correct at time of uploading, but it's worth checking details before setting out.

Tockington Manor School
We are a family school, founded in 1947. The School is set in 28 acres of beautiful grounds. The 250 pupils from the Nursery (2-4 year olds) and the Lower School (4-7 year olds) through to the Upper School (7-14 year Olds) are able to continue as day children or as boarders (on a full-time, weekly or casual basis).
The Nursery school operates as an integral part of Early Years Department of school. The Nursery is housed in a separate building in the grounds of the school. Attached to these buildings there is a walled garden and paved area well equipped with outdoor play equipment.
